How do I return an item? 

To return or exchange an item, please call customer service, at 1-800-552-7779 (M-F 8AM-4:30PM EST) or email

All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition as originally shipped and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. 

Any item(s) that has been installed, scratched, or damaged in any way is not eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Please include a copy of the original invoice, along with an explanation of why the item(s) are being returned. 

All returns must be prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D.’s. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
